Looks like I could do this by adding something like the following to the
original servers httpd.conf:
ProxyPass /svn/ http://localhost:8080/svn/

However, installing multiple apache servers on a single box seems wrong
to me, if perhaps the simplest option given the simple installers
available for VisualSVN server and collabnet.
