Yes... basically the same stuff I've tried.

I've tried referencing plink with full path forward slashes, backward
slashes, and double backward slashes, with .exe, without .exe, and with
just the application name.

Following the link above, I've now tried adding -load configname but I
still get the Option expected error. And in any case it shouldn't be
neccessary, since I had to make the servername part of the svn+ssh URL
the putty configname, rather than the actual server name, to be able to
check things out using TortoiseSVN.

Hm... I've been googling for "svn.exe plink", to get the Win32 specific
matches. But of course plink by itself is enough to make things win32
specific.
