Collab.net have (just) now released 1.5 binaries for Windows (and
RedHat, and Solaris) now: http://www.collab.net/downloads/subversion/

Disclaimer: I've not tried them, but as soon as I get a spare minute I
*will* be upgrading from RC-9(10?12?). I've loved Collab.net's Windows
installers in the past.

Cheers
John
