Building on windows

Hi,

I've been all over the internet, but I can't figure out an easy way to build
a subversion server executable on Windows. The 1.5 binaries haven't been
released yet, and I don't want to wait for them. Why is this so difficult?
Is there an easy way to build subversion on Windows?
