I don't understand "export [...] into" a repository. You either
export from a repository, or import into it. Which is it?

Since many of us here don't use subclipse, it would help if you could
reproduce your problem at the command line, and show us the exact svn
commands you run and their output. If you can't reproduce the problem
at the command line, your problem may be isolated to subclipse, in
which case you should ask on their mailing list instead.
