Project '...' contains linked URIs but the 'org.tigris,subversion.subclipse.core.svnnature'repository provider does not supported them.

Hello
       When exporting a GWT project(generated by cypal) into
repository,I got following error message,but I can export other files
into same repository.IS it the finally truth that I should accept,or I
can fix it.I am using eclipse 3.3 + subeclipse 1.2.6,thank you
