 I dumped the repository using "svnadmin dump --deltas svnrepository >
f:\dumpfile".
Then I moved the dumpfile to the new server and run "svnadmin load
subversion < e:\dumpfile".

Things start out good but slow down more and more. I left it over night and
this is the last output:

svnadmin: Can't open file 'subversion\db\transactions\141-1.txn\rev': The
system cannot find the file specified.
