Moving repositories / external references

Hi,

we have several project repositories on our old server and need to
move them to a new server with a new hostname. Some of the projects
are used as svn:external references for other projects, i.e.
sub-modules. During the move to the new server these svn:external
references need to be changed to also point to the new server URL.
What is the best way to do this?
