Nope. There isn't much going on at all on the client (where I'm
attempting the merge) and the client and server are on a gigabit
Ethernet, so that shouldn't be a problem.

I just tried it, and it is still randomly failing. I may try the
same merge on the server system; but I'll have to think about that
one because it will be a bit of a pain to set up and try.
