Windows binary built against wrong Apache?

I think the Windows binary
svn-1.4.6-setup.exe built by ebswift on 2008-2-25 and advertised as built against
Apache-2.2.x is actually built against 2.0.x

The error message, here, is saying it can't find apache.exe, but it should be looking for
httpd.exe, I believe.

The next error message says the Subversion modules are built for the 2.0.52 version of
the server.

I don't think I downloaded it from the wrong page.
