Re: "Base checksum mismatch" for JSP files

I found the problem.

The users who were experiencing this problem were running a firewall program
called Proventia Desktop. By default (perhaps due to some policy setting
for the company) this program was performing some blocking for jsp files
related to a denial of service attack. Disabling this program fixed the
problem.
