SSPI vs. AD/LDAP authentication

I set up a new SVN server at my shop and found info on how to configure it
for LDAP - Active Directory, and eventually got it working.

This morning I was browsing the web and found ways to configure Apache with
an SSPI module, and was wondering if there were any pros/cons to either
approach (esp. with some Mac/Linux clients in the mix).
