could not connect to server

Hi,
we have the following problem:

H:\>svn list
https://xbridgeng.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/xbridgeng/trunk
svn: PROPFIND request failed on '/svnroot/xbridgeng/trunk'
svn: PROPFIND of '/svnroot/xbridgeng/trunk': could not connect to server
(https://xbridgeng.svn.sourceforge.net)

The same request runs successful on another client (pc).

Any Ideas?
