Thanks for the info and sorry for HTML.

I had visited that page too.

I guess that only the first option is possible since all work is done in
server. I have no local working copies by now.

I forgot to say, in my first message, that application making requests
to Subversion is clustered in several servers. Perhaps this could be an
issue ...
