UTF filenames cause errors under windows

Under windows when I try to checkout the repo at:

svn://svn.berlios.de/dstress/trunk/run (warning: it's big)

I get an error on a file that has UTF in it's name ("can't copy ___" or
some such)

I rather suspect this is a bug.
