What do you mean "normalize"? If you mean: "How can I check out this
repository directory on Windows?" then I already answered: you need
to remove or rename one of the two files that have conflicting names.
You can do this with a working copy on a UNIX machine, but you don't
need to; you can also do it from a Windows machine using repository
URLs. See this prior message for instructions:
