Problems on updating to version 1.4.6

Hi,

on
http://subversion.tigris.org/servlets/ProjectDocumentList?collapseFolder=91&folderID=91
I didn't find svn-1.4.6-setup.exe, I only found svn-1.4.5-setup.exe
and svn-win32-1.4.6.zip.

In the ZIP I didn't find:
.\doc\svn-book.chm
.\helpers\svnpath.exe
.\licences\*.*
.\unins*.*

Where can I get those files?

BTW, I miss an information in the FAQs how to update the subcersion
client from 1.4.5 to 1.4.6.
Now I have just overwritten the existing files by the new ones. Is this
correct?
Do I need an update for the above mentioned missing files?
