No, you fall into the "Windows" category above. :-)

The probable fix has been backported to the 1.4.x release maintenance
branch. We're planning to do a release shortly (1.4.6) meaning that
you should be able to get your fixed windows binaries in 1 or 2 weeks.
It will take some time to build the release from the sources. After
that, the binaries are handed over to the packager who creates the
install package.
