It's approximately the equivalent of sharing a login name and password
between multiple people. If it is a role-based job with different
shifts where only one would be making changes at a time, it could be
workable in some situations but is generally still a bad idea security
and accountability wise. But, for subversion there is almost no reason
to do this because it is designed to be used from multiple workspaces by
multiple users and using extra disk space is the only downside.
