Fwd: mod_dav_sv problem

Sir,
I have installed subcversion-1.4.5 and Apache 2 on Fedora Core 5. Now I
have to install mod_dav_svn as recomended. But the way to install
mod_dav_svn which i have found is by using yum command . I donot want to
connect my server from internet due to some security reasons. Can you please
help me how to install the mod_dav_svn without using internet. Please reply
me as soon as possible thanks
