I have an RHEL 4 server available to me, so I checked. SVN is not installed
by default, but you can use up2date to install v1.1.4. I don't know if RHEL
5 includes anything newer. Fedora provides a much newer version in the
package it distributes. From what I can see, if you want to run with RHEL,
you'll probably want to build your own SVN.
