I've got stock Apache 2.2.6/mod_authnz_ldap/Subversion
1.4.5/mod_dav_svn working successfully (ldap and ldaps) on both a
Window's 2000 AD and a beta Windows 2008 AD. I haven't tried
specifically against a Windows 2003 AD, but I would be surprised if it
didn't work.

The only trick for me was having to specify the ldap binding
credentials in the Apache config -- Windows doesn't (at least on the
servers I was working with) allow anonymous queries of the AD.
