SvnSync complains about locks... how do I clear them?

SVNSYNC is complaining that it can't access the destination repo because
another process has it locked. I did some searching on the web and found
posts that indicate that this is probably do to a prior crash on Svnsync and
that I "just need to remove the lock property from version 0" my problem is
I don't know how to do this.

Can some one post the command?

Can this only be done from within a working copy via SVN or can I do it some
how with SVNADMIN?

If I need to do it in a working copy, then does it matter what version I
check out from the repo? Can I just checkout version 1 (since there's next
to nothing in version of this repo and it therefore wont take long)?

Thanks in advance.
