mod_dav_svn on winxpsp2, apache 2.2.4

Hello list.

I am running the configuration mentioned above: WinXP SP2, Apache 2.2.4,
SVN 1.4.5.

I downloaded the zip archive for windows and like to use dav to handle
the svn server. When I am including mod_dav_svn in my httpd.conf, the
apache server doesnt like to restart again.

The part in the .conf where the LoadModule directives are included is as
follows:

LoadModule dav_fs_module modules/mod_dav_fs.so
LoadModule dav_module modules/mod_dav.so
LoadModule dav_svn_module modules/mod_dav_svn.so

As soon as the 3rd line is commented out, the apache server will start
again.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

P.S.: The error message from the OS is: service specific error: 1 type
service helpmsg xxyy to get more info. When you do, you'll get the
typical win bullshit...
