RE: Major Repository Problem. Please help.

Hi again,

Having rechecked your suggestion, I see that were correct in that the Apache module wasn't up to date. Correcting this resulted in the following somewhat suprising result:

1) I can now checkout the original repository.
2) I still can't checkout the new repository made by loading the dumpf file using Subversion 1.4.5!

So, we can continue to work, however I'm somewhat concerned that there's a problem lurking - why doesn't the dumped repository load?

Tim

Hi,

I should state that I'm using a Window server.

The installer package stops the Apache server, installs Subversion, and then restarts the server, so it should have worked.

The repository dump is just my attempt to recreate a working repository. If there's a way to get the existing repository working then that'll be fine. Can anybody shed some light on this message:

A failure occurred while driving the update report editor [500, #190004]

Thanks,

Tim

This means you have a repository created with Subversion >= 1.4.0 and
you are now trying to access it with a component from Subversion <
1.4.0. In this case, I believe the mod_dav_svn your Apache is using
is still < 1.4.0 -- or you did not yet restart Apache.
