Major Repository Problem. Please help.

Hi,

We've encountered a problem with one of our repositories that's preventing us from performing a checkout. The checkout proceeds normally until is reaches one particular file, it then gives this error:

A trunk\Lib_Include_Vision\Multicam\Lib\VideoStorage.lib
A trunk\Lib_Include_Vision\Multicam\Lib\multicam.lib
A trunk\Lib_Include_Vision\Multicam\Lib\multicam.def
svn: REPORT request failed on '/svn/th8/!svn/vcc/default'
svn: The REPORT request returned invalid XML in the response: XML parse error at line 33701: no element found (/svn/th8/!svn/vcc/default)

This happpens for checkouts and updates. Checking out to a clean directory makes no difference - we are completely blocked by this.

I have tried the following:

1) Both the server and the client were running at 1.2.x, so I upgraded them to the latest versions. The result is the same, except that the Apache log now contains an error message:

[Tue Oct 02 11:28:12 2007] [error] [client 10.0.35.3] Provider encountered an error while streaming a REPORT response. [500, #0]
[Tue Oct 02 11:28:12 2007] [error] [client 10.0.35.3] A failure occurred while driving the update report editor [500, #190004]

2) I tried dumping the repository and creating a new one, however this didn't work at all, with the Apache log stating:

(20014)Error string not specified yet: Expected format '3' of repository; found format '5'

3) Following advice on the web, I reinstalled our previous version of the server, dumped the repository again, reinstalled the latest version and the created a new repository. This still gives the above error.

Can anyone offer any advice? We currently blocked...

Thanks

Tim Armes
