Access Denied error on ANKh Commit

From: Shaun Duffy <shaun_at_pipelineinteractive.com>

I am using:
WinXP Pro as both client/server
VS 2005

Installers Used:
svn-1.4.5-setup.exe
AnkhSetup-1.0.1.2736-Final.msi
SVNService.zip

So far I got everything to work except when I go to commit. I get the
error below and I noted that the file 3-1.txn does not exist.

NSvn.Core.SvnClientException:

is denied.

Version: 1.0.1.2736

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Shaun
