PROPFIND request failed; Could not open the requested SVN filesystem

Hi guys,

I've got SVN up and running. I can checkout and commit but when I try to
add a file I get the following error:

Error: PROPFIND request failed on
'/app/app/views/notifications/picture_comment.rhtml'
Error: Could not open the requested SVN filesystem

I've tried to commit with Tortoise and also through the command line.
Any ideas?

I'm on WinXP if that's of any use.
