Oh. I'm sorry. I didn't realize you were reporting a problem in the
official Subversion repository. I thought you were asking for help
with your own repository.

It looks like revisions 23605:23727 involve the addition of and
modifications to /svn-logos and apparently the process of voting on a
logo for Subversion. I guess these were imported from elsewhere
(maybe another Subversion repository) and thus retained their old
timestamps. The commits are all by "anonymous" (except the first two,
which are by empty string and "svn") so it's hard to know whom to ask
about them. But you could post to the dev list since surely someone
there would recall.
