the original log message was inputed via telnet ( using SecureCRT as
terminal emulator on Windows ), that is, i logon to my account on the
host which running svn server, then do the coding then check in, a vim
was set as SVN_EDITOR which let me input Chinese messages. the above
log message can be displayed no problem in the telnet ( SecureCRT ).
it just can not be displayed on another machine which running cygwin
on Windows.
my cygwin was already set LANG correctly and i can input and print
Chinese text in other normal files.
any clue? please help.
