Clean up hangs, subdirectory locked!

From: Jochen Daum <mailinglist_at_automatem.co.nz>

Hi,

I have a fairly large repository, which I recently dumped and imported
into a new server. I have then checked the repository out and moved
nearly all of it into a subfolder. Now I have a problem on committing
these changes.

I use TortoiseSVN and the commit process hung somewhere in the middle,
so I killed it. Now, when I try to commit I get a message that the
repository is locked and I should run cleanup. When I run cleanup, it
tells me that one subdirectory - always the same one - is locked! I have
tried to Unlock this directory, though I don't remember locking anything
on it.

How can I get my working copy into a consistent state? Any help appreciated.

Regards,

Jochen
