This doesn't sound possible, although it might help if you described how
you intend to do the synchronization. You can check out a working copy
of as much as you want of the repository onto a laptop or external drive
while connected to the network, take it offline for working, then return
and reconnect to the network for commits and updates. You might be able
to do the same with an svk repository.
