Reg. Repository Synchronization - Multisite

Hi,

I am looking at option to synchronize repository at
two location where changes to the code would be made
to both locations and tool should be able to keep both
both repository upto date.

The main requirement is the tool should be able to do
the offline synchronization as there is not physical
network connection between two locations.
