avoiding anonymous checkout

Hello,
i have tried "Require valid-user" id dav_svn.conf, "* =" in authz file
and many other combinations, but always it's possible to checkout
repository as anonymous. Please can you advice me trusty way how to do
it ? I need it for software development in a company so i need NO
anonymous access.
