Yes, you need to build and use a VS2005 version of the intl3_svn.dll.
An extra newline pops out when you use a VC6 built intl3_svn.dll -- I
don't recall it being a 'real' issue, but the tests didn't like it and
I didn't pursue it much after finding that rebuilding the
intl3_svn.dll with VC2005 fixed it.
