Tortoise and Apache Problem?

From: Brad Oleson <oleson_at_igist.com>

Ok, I got Subversion and Apache to live in harmony this morning. I
reinstalled TortoiseSVN and *poof*! Apache stopped working. Has anyone
else encountered this, and if so is there a solution? I also am subscribing
to the TortoiseSVN list, but thought I'd ask here as well.
