Note that the 2.2 version files *are* available, they're just not easy
to find. Perhaps someone (if I can find the time in the next few
days, I'll try my hand at it) needs to patch the packages page to
provide links to both the 2.0 and 2.2 versions.

Amending my previous email, I can now get to the site. Here's the
