Problems With Apache?

From: Brad Oleson <oleson_at_igist.com>

I'll preface this with - I'm a new user.

I've just installed Subversion 1.4 for use with NetBeans 5.5, Apache version
is 2.2. After all the installs (Apache runs fine to start) I edit the
httpd.conf file as suggested to make it work for Subversion. When I try to
restart Apache it won't restart. Subversion seems to work fine on the
server (Windows 2003) but without Apache I can't check-out the version to my
other network machine, nor can my development team outside the network
(using http). I definitely need some help finalizing this install, please!

Thanks in advance.
