svn dump & load error or my imagination

Hi

Could be command options of svndumpfilter be used simultaneously? As in

root.repo has 5 projects

/proj1
/proj2
/proj3
/proj4
/proj5

cat dump.file | svndumpfilter include proj3 exclude proj1 proj2 proj4 proj5
--drop-empty-revs > proj3.dump.file

I just found out that I could use one or the other but not both at the same
time. Someone please verfiy.
