Recover a deleted file

Ok, I had a file that deleted and I need to get it back, here is the
minor catch, I deleted three other files I don't want back in the
following version:

V 4: had the four files
V 5: Deleted the file I want back
V 6: Deleted three files I don't want

Let us assume the repository is:

https://www.miltonstreet.com/repos/myApp/trunk/Project/subDir

I have access to both the Linux command line and to TortoiseSVN
