I don't use Red Hat so I can't tell you about .rpm files, but as far
as I know, all you need to do is go to http://subversion.tigris.org ,
click on Downloads in the navigation bar on the left, and scroll down
to the Red Hat section and download an rpm for RHEL3.

Unless of course "Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES release 3" is something
different than "Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3" in which case I don't
know what you need.
