perhaps you can contact http://tigris.org, which hosts
svn development and many related project. there
are other organizations that host open source
projects, such as sourceforge.net.
to license your source, it may suffice to include
a copy of the GPL, if that license suits your needs.
anyway, such a thing may be required by the
hosting organization. check your chosen hosting
provider about their conditions.
is your application truly multilingual? i mean, can
it be translated to other languages?
