1. Export all of your old repository into a temporary directory.
svn export <old_repos_url> <temp_path>

2. Create a new repository on your new server.

3. Import this temporary directory into your new repository.
svn import <temp_path> <new_repos_url>

4. Checkout new working copy from your new repository.
