Database corruption

Hello all. I'm about to embark on the potentially fatally frustrating
adventure of manually fixing a corrupted revision record in a production
subversion FSFS database.

While I've looked over the available documentation on the website, I
haven't found anything (aside from the source) that will help me in
undestanding both the FSFS file format, and the appropriate content for
a subversion entry.

Does anyone have any pointer for me before I dive into the code?
