Natalia, I'm having trouble understanding your question.

I understand that you've installed Subversion on Debian, but I don't
understand what difficulty you're now having. Have you created a
repository with svnadmin create? Can you import data into it using
svn import? You say you've read the Subversion book, which explains
how to do these things.
