Misleading error message

From: Larry Martell <larry.martell_at_gmail.com>

Posting this in case someone else has a similar problem.

After many successful commits I was suddenly unable to.
Attempts to commit would fail with this message:

sh: ./svn-commit.tmp: Permission denied
svn: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: system(' svn-commit.tmp') returned 32256

Turned out that the problem was that my SVN_EDITOR variable somehow
got set to a space. I know that if SVN_EDITOR is not set at all you get a
message telling you that. But in this case it was set, but not to anything I
could see.
