ViewVC - How to disable the option dowload and view of contents of source code files ?

Hello Users

Is it possible to configure ViewVC in order to disable the option dowload
and view of content of source code files.

I have tried in vain the option "forbidden" in "viewvc.conf" but no chance:
it does not work.
