You might get better answers from the TSVN group, not the Subversion
group.

Subject: Problem running TortoiseSVN after installing KDiff3

I'm not sure there is actually a causal relationship here,
however, here's appears to have happened:

        1)TSVN was working fine

        2) installed KDiff3 and told it to configure integration with
TSVN and SVN

        3) Now when I try to Launch TSVN I get an error message:

        "Can't open file 'C:\Documents and settings\All
Users\Application Data\Subversion\Config': Access is denied"

The given directory exists and the access rights appear to allow
full access to all users.

I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling both SVN and
TSVN.

        HELP!

        Regards,

        Tom Malia
