I've been using TSVN's Diff already... the restriction I'm find is that it
requires me to have an actual working directory with a .svn directory in it
to be able to perform the Diff operation. Am I doing something wrong?
What want to be able to do is do a Diff between any directory on my real
file system and any folder in my SVN repository without actually having to
check the items in the repository out first. So far, I'm hearing and seeing
that this does not appear to be an option... If I'm missing something, I'd
be thrilled to hear what that is.

Subversion and TortoiseSVN allow you to plug in other diff tools. So
you can use the diff command built-in to Subversion and TortoiseSVN
to compare your working copy against any revision in your repository,
while sending the results to some other tool. You might need to
consult your chosen diff tool's documentation, but here are the links
