Re: GPG Public Key for checking Subversion tarball signature

It looks like the problem was in my ~/.gnupg/gpg.conf file. The default
configuration file on my new Ubuntu laptop has the line for enabling
automatic key lookup disabled.

#keyserver-options auto-key-retrieve

Once I uncommented that line, it verified just fine.
